In the morning of 2015, November 8th, at Dong Van 2 industrial zone - Ha Nam district, CJSC cooperate with Meitoku Engineering Vietnam Co.,Ltd (MTEV) in holding the commencement ceremony of  Meitoku Engineering Vietnam factory.

MTEV is a Japanese company, producing, processing and installing industrial machine; producing steel products and parts of industrial machine in Vietnam.
