UPDATE ON SINHER TECHNOLOGY VIETNAM FACTORY PROJECT

Sinher Technology Vietnam project broke ground in November 2023. As of April 2024, Phase 1 of the project is in the final stages of completing the Manufacturing Workshop (Structure and MEP), firefighting system installation, and associated auxiliary works.

Recently, CJSC's Safety and Quality Control Committee, in collaboration with Viet-Nhat Hospital, organized a regular health check-up program for employees at various projects.

EXCITING OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TRAINING INITIATIVES AT PROJECTS

Recently, the Safety and Quality Supervision Board of CJSC organized a training course on Occupational Health and Safety, awarding Labor Safety certificates to all commanders and workers at the projects with guidance from guest lecturers from the Training - Inspection - Environmental Measurement Company (STIE).

PROFESSIONAL TOOLBOX MEETINGS: SIMPLIFYING SAFETY PRACTICES"

At CJSC, professionalism is not only evident in the success of our projects but also in the everyday occurrence of Toolbox Meetings (TBM). These meetings are a vital part of our project safety management process, held regularly at each site nationwide. With a focus on coordination and meticulous oversight, our TBMs are conducted with utmost seriousness and precision.

CJSC CONTINUOUSLY STRENGTHENS HSE TRAINING ACROSS PROJECTS

In the first three months of 2024, CJSC's HSE and Quality Control Department has consistently organized an internal training program on "Occupational Health and Safety Management System" for all engineers at project command centers nationwide.

On March 11th, 2024, CJSC successfully embarked on a new project, the TA-I Technology Factory, in An Phat 1 Industrial Park, Nam Sach, Hai Duong.

On March 5, 2024, CJSC held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Pegavision Vietnam Factory at Lot D2-2, Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park, Thai Thuy Commune, Thai Binh Economic Zone, Thai Binh Province.

CJSC'S REGULAR TRAINING ON GREEN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT

On February 29, 2024, CJSC collaborated with VILANDCO to organize a periodic discussion aimed at enhancing knowledge on green construction project execution capabilities. The training session was attended by Project Directors, Project Commanders, and all employees of the Tender Department and Planning Department.
