According to the report of foreign investment department (Investment and planning Ministry), particularly in October at the beginning of the year, total foreign direction investment (FDI) into Vietnam has reached 19,2 billions USD, increasing 65,5% in comparision with the same period of the last year and increasing much more than proposed mission about 13-14 billion USD. When foreigners come to invest more and more, it also brings companies in the economy in general and in the industrial construction in particular many chances as well as challenges.
