Understanding the difficulty of working from home during this time, CJSC has launched the campaign  "STAY HOME - WORK HARD - FLIGHT COVID 19" to encourage all the employees. 

Don't let oneself get bored while working from home, don't let the work be interrupted, each employee working from home has been assigned a specific KPI from the Board of Director. Thanks to that, the job is always completed. All work, such as supply of materials for the ongoing projects, payment for subcontractors, bidding, design, etc., are being implemented and operated smoothly. 

Although it is not possible to meet face-to-face, all employees of CJSC in the North as well as in the South and at construction sites can still connect and discuss daily tasks with each other thanks to online platforms.Meetings at the office have now become online meetings through applications such as Zoom, Microsoft Team. Work exchanges dialogues are still continued thanks to chat groups on Zalo, Viber. Communication within the company is always smooth.

Besides providing solutions to improve productivity, the Human Resources Department also regularly sends suggestions to members about simple exercises or nutritious meal recipes,as working from home also allows each one to spend more time with their beloved family.

Each member of CJSC is aware that working from home not only contributes to protecting the community during the pandemic, but also a special opportunity to cultivate and recharge positive energy, so that each CJSC will becomebetter version of themself when back to work.
