Ha Noi, 25^th July 2016.

Towards the time of the 15th anniversary of CJSC establishment (29^th January 2003 – 20^th January 2018), Board of Directors agreed to restructure the company Phase 1 to help the company operate more efficiently and cope well with the challenges in the business environment in the future. The program started from 25^th July 2016.

The restructuring content concentrates on the fields: Human Resource, Production and Business development, which focuses on analyzing and implementing 03 key steps:

1. Identify growth, consumer trends, market segments and target markets, the impact (potential and current competitors, pressure from customers and from suppliers ...), brand name value and business development system.

2. Conducting RE-DRAWING CJSC’s general and detail picture, starting from business philosophy, mission, vision, core values, moral standards, behavioral norms, enterprise culture, goals, strategic direction, corporate strategy ... to the organizational structure, managing control way, activities, procedure and human resources.

3. Emphasizing the commitments from the corporate leaders as well as Staff’s highly efforts and determination.

CJSC Board of Directors expect the corporate restructuring to bring the company greater momentum in the coming period, help CJSC have go ahead for a long way compared to competitors in the market.
