In the10 year - journey of operation and development, CJSC is always awear of that human is the central element, the core value of the company. Although the operation effectiveness of the business must come from the combination of total resources, in which included the recource of Science and Technology which occupies an important position in generating the competition advantage for the company, or financial resource which is the key factor to ensure the operation of an enterprise, for example. But in every situation, at every stage of business development, Human is always the central factor, which links all the other resources into a unified entity - an organization.
The same view with the characteristic management philosophy of Japanese enterprises, General Director of Construction application and transfer of technologies joint stock company - Mr Nguyen Huu Tinh, shared: "Human resource is the central element, crucial to the survival, the success or the failure of CJSC ". Thus, in the process of business management, he always focuses on training, fostering and improving the quality of Human Resource, aim to build an organization culture of intimacy, sharing and adherence in the company . He emphasizes the concept of that CJSC is not only a workplace but also a place where employees live and work, study and devote to make a real value of adherence between all the members, to build the company becomes the second home to all employees.

At the meeting on 29/03/2013 to meet the employees of CJSC who have already separated and transferred to another units, General Director on behalf of the company’s leadership presented the deep thanks to all the staffs who have contributions in the process of adherence under the common roof CJSC. The General director always appreciates the devotion of every people in certain phases of the company development process. Finally, the General Director sent to every people the wishes for health, happiness and success in life. He emphasized: " For everyone who is whether or not working in the company, CJSC is always be a common roof and the spiritual base for all brothers and sisters in life as well as in the process of developing their own career."
