On 06/11/2013, Construction application and transfer of technologies joint stock company (CJSC) officially signed a contract with SMC Tan Tao sole member Co., Ltd about constructing the plant for manufacturing steel products. SMC Tan Tao Steel Plant Project has the initial contract value 18.5 billion, 150 days schedule in TanTao Industrial Park, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City.

This is a meaningful event, proving the capacity and the reputation of CJSC to the investors in construction and installation sector in The Southern market.

In 2012, CJSC has performed the contract to build the Steel plate processing plant of  SMC investment and trading joint stock company in QuangMinh Industrial Park - Me Linh - Ha Noi. The project was performed in Hanoi with competitive price, guaranteed quality and was handed over on schedule. This facilitates confidence in the capacity of CJSC to the investor  SMC Tan Tao in performing the project this time.

After over 10 years of development, the works of CJSC had been presented in over 30 industrial zones across The Northern and The Central, down to Quang Binh province. The presence of CJSC in Ho Chi Minh City this time is a great encouragement in the strategy "Southward" of CJSC's leadership which has been announced by General Director Nguyen Huu Tinh in his speech at the 10^th  establishment ceremony (01/29/2003 - 01/29/2013).

The Southern construction market has many varieties compared to the Northern market, from the issues of policies, administrative procedures to the management manner on the construction sites. Beside of that, there is a huge competition from Southern bidders who are considerd have strong financial and technological capicity. However, this challenge is also an opportunity for all the staff of CJSC to assert themselves. Throughout 11 year - effort to build credibility and capacity in collaborating with the fastidious investors from Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan ...
