Aligned with our journey towards sustainable development, the human factor is always a top priority for CJSC. Investing in human resource development is a key factor that goes hand in hand with the success of CJSC.

In order to ensure labor safety and enhance the quality of internal human resources, the training and certification program for Occupational Health and Safety was successfully conducted with the enthusiasm and dedication of the project's engineers and workers.

During the training course, workers were provided with information on potential workplace accidents, instructed on effective ways to prevent hazards, and guided on minimizing the negative impact of workplace accidents. Following the training session, the team of CJSC supervisors will be issued Safety Training Certificates, while workers will receive Safety Cards.

"The emphasis on Occupational Safety is being vigorously reinforced at the projects, affirming CJSC's correct direction in ensuring a safe working environment for workers. This makes safety supervisors like me feel proud and determined," affirmed Mr. Lo Viet Cuong, CJSC Safety Supervisor.

Prioritizing training and certification for staff and workers not only ensures occupational safety, but also strictly complies with state legal regulations, minimizes accidents for personnel and company assets, and fosters a culture of safety at CJSC projects.
