During the early months of operation in the new year 2013, Construction application and transfer of technologies joint stock company (CJSC) has a very good start. Opening with the contract of bulding the factory of  auto parts manufacturing for Ohashi Tekko Vietnam Company as general contractor in Binh Xuyen Industrial Zone - Vinh Phuc province. Besides the confidence from Japanese, Korean investors, CJSC is also received the appreciation from Chinese partners. On March 16th, 2013 the representatives of New Hope Hanoi Co Ltd - Bac Giang branch  officially signed with CJSC the contract of building theAnimal feed manufacturing factory in Quang Chau IZ, Bac Giang province. This is the second FDI project which CJSC is the general contractor in March.

The project New Hope animal feed manufacturing factory with the total capital of 300 billion VND will be built in Quang Chau Industrial Zone in Bac Giang Province.The total area of the project is ​​3.5 ha and is implemented in 170 days.

In this time, CJSC is also executing 3 another construction works: Ho Guom garment project in Thai Binh province, Bao Ninh resort and Vietcombank headquater in Quang Binh. The complement in some of construction sites is deploying urgently in order to focus resources on the new - signed projects which are preparing to start in the coming time.
