CJSC AND RESCO HOUSE SIGN JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT ON CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT FOR OF JAPANESE ASSEMBLED CONCRETE PRODUCTION FACTORY IN VIETNAM

On May 26th, 2018, the signing ceremony of a joint venture contract between CJSC and RESCO HOUSE operating under HINOKIYA HOLDINGS took place in the CJSC’s office. The contract is about construction investment of assembled concrete production factory following Japanese technology in Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Tinh - Chairman of CJSC company and Mr. Akira Kondo - Chairman of HINOKIYA Group signed the contract.

HINOKIYA HOLDINGS highly appreciates the 15 years of experience in design and construction of CJSC and believes that CJSC will be the strategic partner to receive and apply this modern technology in projects in Vietnam.

With this new technology, in the field of industrial construction, the progress of construction will be shortened to the maximum by using the assembled walls at the factory while in civil engineering this technology allows construction of a four-storey building within 07 days.
