At the office, the delegation was personally introduced by the CJSC General Director and the Heads of Departments to present an overview of company as well as to help the students draw a picture of an engineer in the present and in the future which CJSC as well as other construction enterprises need.

Mr. Vu Thanh Long - Technical Director and students had a very interesting exchange of career orientation. These useful sharings and direction will contribute to shape the future work of young people.

On behalf of delegation, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Manh Tuan greatly appreciates the development strategy of CJSC and expects in the coming time CJSC will share more experiences for the university to have more materials and teaching tools which may help students get a more pragmatic view of future careers.

In the afternoon, on site of BIEL factory in VSIP - BAC NINH Industrial Zone and KOS factory in DONG VAN - HA NAM INDUSTRIAL ZONE under the support and instruction of the site managers and the Safety Department, the students have seen the whole picture of the construction industry and the role of construction engineers with their own eyes in the company that the customers are foreign investors such as CJSC.
