The volunteer project "Warm Coat for Children" by Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuyen - Chairman of CJSC union and young people has organized for 3 seasons. This 4th season, the volunteer has come to Lao Xa Phinh commune - Tua Chua district - Dien Bien province, nearly 500km from Hanoi capital. This is a particularly poor commune of the country with 95% of poor households. Currently, there is no asphalt road to the commune center, travel is extremely difficult so it is hard to develop the economy.
After 2 weeks of fundraising, the charity program has received enthusiastic responses from individuals and organizations. The volunteer delegation visited and presented gifts to the children at Lao Xa Phinh Primerier school. The school has 282 children living in 3 villages, the nearest one is 7km from the commune center, the furthest is 25km away. Each presents including: (1 set of clothes, a pair of slippers, 1 towel, 1 wool hat, 1 pillow, 1 blanket and lollipop) worth about 300,000 VND. By "Giving away love, receiving love and spreading love" The project "Warm Coat for Children" in season 4th brought the warmth of love from Hanoi to the children in The remote mountainous region hopes that their winter will be warmer this year when exposed to a cold of 1-2 degrees.
