In 11^th September 2016 at Ha My Dong A Block, Dien Duong ward, Dien Ban town, Quang Nam province The Owner – Xuan Phu Hai investment and construction joint stock company and The Contractor – Construction Application and Transfer of Technologies joint stock company hold the Ground breaking ceremony of “Xuan Phu Hai Resort project”.

With the experience of nearly 15 years as a Main Contractor, as well as with the successful construction of Bao Ninh Marine Ecology project (Bao Ninh Beach Resort) in 2012, CJSC has been entrusted to receive the Investors " Xuan Phu Hai Resort project". The project is an opportunity for CJSC to continue to promote the role of Main Contractor, and setting up foundation for traditional cooperation between the Owner – Xuan Cau Corporation and CJSC in the near future

The project land is located in the south of Ha My beach, Dien Duong Commune, Dien Ban district, Quang Nam province; 20km from the center of Da Nang city to the South, 10km from Hoi An ancient town to the North.

Xuan Phu Hai Resort is expected to be completed and put into exploitation and use in 2018. Xuan Phu Hai resort promises to become an attractive destination, and bring to Quang Nam Province and the neighborhood the best quality, exceptional level of service and resort tourism.

The ceremony took place successfully, CJSC committed to doing its best to complete the project on schedule, quality and safety, to respond to the trust of the Owner.
